Five leaves is the English translation of our last name. Lima is five and Rii is a kind of tree leaf in To'abaita (Franklin's language).

Vaseline
Ellie gets really bad eczema on her cheeks during cold/dry season. Vaseline is one of the tools we use to fight it. Ellie decided that she didn't need our help choosing the amount or applying it one morning.
It's nice to know that no matter where in the world a kid is they are drawn to the same things. Svea just slathered a jar in her hair and on her dolls yesterday. She proceeded to ask, "Am I beautiful? Or not?"
